Thomas Crissinger

Thomas Ray Crissinger, the son of Robert and Betty (Johanek) Crissinger, was born on November 9, 1954 in Fairmont, Minnesota. He graduated from Jackson High School in 1973 and would go on to work various jobs, including that of a farmer and mechanic. Thomas moved from the Bergen area to Park Rapids in 1987 where he ran a resort. He eventually moved back to the Loon Lake area, then on to Estherville, before moving back to Jackson. Thomas passed away at the Jackson Sanford Medical Center on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the age of 63 years, 10 months and 16 days.

Thomas was baptized and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Kimball Township (Jackson County) Minnesota. He had many hobbies including hunting, fishing, baking, grilling, and working on many different types of projects.

Thomas is survived by his 2 sons, Matthew Crissinger of Alexandria, Minnesota and Brandon (Michelle) Crissinger of Park Rapids, Minnesota; 3 grandchildren, Tyler, Brayden and Ryker Crissinger; 2 brothers, Robert (Sheri) Crissinger of Jackson and Jim Crissinger of Bergen, Minnesota and a sister, Judy (Roger) Willardson of Estherville, Iowa.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Bill and Charles Crissinger.
